Kulturnatten Festival

Kulturnatten (Culture Night) is an annual event that opens up Copenhagen, Denmark for six hours to showcase its best events and opportunities: museums, galleries, historical sites and more. In designing a visual identity for Kulturnatten 2020, I was inspired by the emphasis on social interactions that knit each visitor together, along with bright lights from popular light shows.

Badges for entry

These badges act as entry tickets for visitors. Visitors and organizers alike wear these visibly on their clothes throughout the entirety of the night as both proof of entry and to signify their participation to other patrons and organizers.

Sales Signs

Sales signs are posted in 7-Elevens throughout Copenhagen and Frederiksberg to promote the event, either on small stands or pasted on windows

Banner

Banners for Kulturnatten is displayed throughout the city on prominent streets. My banner includes an abstracted version using extractables from other deliverables, creating an illuminated effect with the three dimensional lines representing the passageways of the city.
